Applications Engineer

The National Instruments Applications Engineer (AE) role is designed for people with strong engineering background who are interested in developing their careers in the area of engineering, technical field or sales and consulting. The AE position is a role at NI where engineers learn hands-on about the company, technology, and customers. Engineering Leadership Program (Hungarian/Romanian Speaking)

As a part of our Engineering Leadership Program (ELP) you ll be a member of the Applications Engineering department that is responsible for supporting our Central and Eastern European Region customers, whose backgrounds cover all kinds of engineering and scientific disciplines, in their use of National Instruments (NI) products. Our ELP is also responsible for delivering customer education classes and presenting at seminars on the core NI product portfolio both at the Budapest office and at customer locations. As an ELP you will also join the Inside Sales department where you will work with customers by technically consulting them and helping them to find the best solutions.

Summer Engineering Internship for Hungary (2018)

The National Instruments Internship Program is designed for engineering university students with strong leadership qualities who are interested in applying their engineering knowledge to practical technical customer needs. Interns benefit from training on National Instruments products and related technologies, our business strategies and systems, public speaking, and our customers and markets we and they serve. National Instruments is looking for dynamic, enterprising, and responsible people to act as technical consultants for our customers. The engineering intern position is a leadership training position at NI where young engineers learn hands-on about the company, technology, and customers.

Systems Engineer Intern

As a member of the European Systems Engineering RF Center of Excellence, the SE Intern after going through initial training will support Systems Engineers with technical project development (proof-of-concept projects, demos, libraries and further reusable contents). This would be achieved by close collaboration with other Systems Engineers, sales people and customers. Secondary, the position covers customer educations and presentations, managing demo equipment and technical content documentation. Working in this EMEIA-wide, highly professional team, which mainly works with the most recent NI technology will also provide great opportunity to professional development both from technical and soft-skills point of view, to increase expertise in customer relations and to get insight into the Systems Engineering job at National Instruments.
